AFCA'13

1st International Workshop on Applications and Fundamentals of Cellular Automata

To be held in conjunction with CANDAR'13, Matsuyama, Japan, December 4-6, 2013

This workshop is launched in honor of Professor Morita's retirement from Hiroshima university in March 2013. The main goal of this workshop is to provide a timely forum for the discussion of new ideas in the field of cellular automata and unconventional computing.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to

  • Theoretical and applicational aspects of cellular automata
  • Models of unconventional computing such as reversible computing,

DNA computing, and natural computing.

Paper format

  • Regular paper: 5-7 pages
  • Poster paper: 3-4 pages

Publication
