It is mandatory for at least one author of each paper to register and present the work in person at the symposium venue. Remote presentations are not allowed. Papers not presented by the author(s) in person (commonly referred to as 'no-show papers') will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the speaker registration fee has been paid.

• Each paper requires one speaker registration for inclusion in the program and proceeding.
• Registration payment site will open on October 1.
• Speaker registration fees must be paid by October 21.
• Cancellation and Refund are not possible.
• Speaker registration Fee:
  • CANDAR main track/workshops(ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, WICS, WANC): 45,000 JPY (by credit card)，65,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
  • NCSS workshop: 20,000 JPY (by credit card), 40,000JPY (by bank transfer payment)
• The registration fee does not include attendance at the reception and banquet.

• Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium cite.

• On-site Regitration fee: 20,000JPY

• The registration fee does not include the reception. A reception ticket must be purchased in advance to attend.
• We are unable to provide special dietary accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, etc.
• Reception and banquet tickets cannot be purchased on-site. They must be bought in advance using a credit card via Square.
• Ticket Prices for registrants:　This category is only applicable to speaker and non-speaker registrants.
  • 3,000 JPY each (Early bird, until October 28 November 3)
  • 5,000 JPY each (Late registration, until November 19)
• Ticket Prices for accompanying persons: Accompanying persons must be relatives of a registrant, such as a spouse, parents, siblings, etc. This category is not applicable to authors of papers.
  • 7,000 JPY each (Early bird, until October 28 November 3)
  • 9,000 JPY each (Late registration, until November 19)

• No refund is possible for speaker registration.
• Non-speaker registration fees and banquet ticket fees can be refunded for 70% if cancellation is notified in writing to organizer24@is-candar.org before November 19.
