- Paper titles are copied from EasyChair and will not be updated even if they are changed in the final manuscript.
- Please do not ask us to update the titles in the accepted paper list.
No-Show Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the symposium and present the paper in person at the symposium venue. Remote presentations are not allowed.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by an author at the conference. This policy applies even if the required speaker registration fee has been paid.
Final Manuscript Submission
Please revise your paper based on the reviewers' comments and submit the final manuscript through the IEEE CPS submission site.

AI-Generated Content Policy
CANDAR follows the IEEE Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text. Authors who use AI-generated content in their submitted articles, including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code, must disclose such use in the acknowledgments section. The AI system used must be identified, and the specific sections containing AI-generated content must be clearly indicated, together with a brief explanation of the extent of its use. The use of AI systems solely for editing and grammar enhancement is generally outside the scope of this policy. In such cases, disclosure is not required, although it is recommended.
Registration
For each accepted paper, one speaker registration fee must be paid for the paper to be included in the symposium program and proceedings.
