We plan to publish extended versions of selected papers from CANDAR main symposium and workshops in

• IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems (pending approval)
• Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience
• International Journal of Networking and Computing

Papers submitted to these special issues must have significant additional materials and improvements over CANDAR papers.
