• Each paper requires one speaker registration for inclusion in the program and proceeding.
• Registration payment site will open on October 1.
• Speaker registration fees must be paid by October 21.
• Cancellation and Refund are not possible.

  • CANDAR main track/workshops(ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, WICS, WANC): 45,000 JPY (by credit card)，65,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)

• Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium cite.
• Registration payment site will open on October 1.
• Registration fee: 15,000JPY (Credit card payment by November 20), 35,000JPY (Bank transfer payment by November 20),
• On-site Regitration fee: 20,000JPY

It is required that at least one author registers for each paper and presents the work at the symposium. Papers that are not presented by the author(s) (also known as “no-show papers”) will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the speaker registration fee has been paid.
