Author Resources
No Show Policy
It is mandatory for at least one author of each paper to register and present the work in person at the symposium venue. Remote presentations are not allowed. Papers not presented by the author(s) in person (commonly referred to as 'no-show papers') will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the speaker registration fee has been paid.
Final Manuscript Submission
- Please submit the final manuscript to the IEEE CPS sites.
- Due: October 23
- We have two submission sites: one for the CANDAR main symposium (CANDAR) and the other for CANDAR workshops (CANDARW). If you submit your final manuscript to the wrong site, it may not be included in the proceedings.
CANDAR main tracks (TrackA, TrackB, TrackC, TrackD)
- Papers accepted for presentation at a main track must be submitted from the URL below:
- Paper ID is a 1-3 digit number assigned by EasyChair.
- Page Limitation
- CANDAR Long: 8-10 pages
- CANDAR Regular: 5-7 pages
- Papers submitted to the main CANDAR Long but accepted as CANDAR Regualr must adhere to CANDAR Regular limitations.
CANDAR Workshops (CSA, GCA, PDAA, WICS, WANC)
- Papers accepted for presentation at a workshop must be submitted from the URL below:
- Paper ID is a 1-3 digit number assigned by EasyChair.
- Page limitation
- Workshop Regular: 5-7 pages
- Workshop Poster: 3-4 pages
- WANC Short: 4-5 pages
- WANC Poster: 2-3 pages
- Papers submitted to the main CANDAR tracks but accepted as workshop papers must adhere to these page limitations.
