Papers that does not follow IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines and the page limitation will not be included in the proceedings.
  • Please do not forget to add information such as authors names and affiliations omitted for double blind review.
  • Note that the page limitation for accepted category must be satisfied. For example, if you submitted a regular paper but it is accepted as a poster paper, the final manuscript of your paper must satisfy the page limitation of a poster paper. Please see Paper Foramt for the page limitation of each category.
  • Papers must be revised according to reviewers' comments and suggestions. They may be rejected if they are not revised appropriately.
  • Upload the revised camera ready version through IEEE CPS Author Kit.
  • “Paper ID” is the number given by EasyChair when you submitted your paper.
  • Please follow Paper Foramt for the page limitation and ignore Step1: Paper Specifications in the Author Kit.
  • If the acceptance category is not the same as the submission category and you want to decline the acceptance, please let us know by writing to organizer17@is-candar.org as soon as possible.
  • For each paper, one Speaker registration fee must be paid. Please see Registration for the details.
