• Papers submitted to CANDAR main tracks but accepted as workshop papers must satisfy these page limitations.

All Speakers (all CANDAR main track and workshops) must pay the speaker registration fee by October 21.

• One speaker registration is necessary for each paper to include it in the program and the proceedings.
• Speaker registration fee must be paid by major credit cards through PayPal by Oct 21.
• PayPal Payment site will open soon.
• Cancellation and Refund are not possible.
• Registration Fee:
  • CANDAR main track/workshops(ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, SUSCW, WICS, WANC): 32,000 JPY (by PayPal payment)，42,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
  • NCSS workshop: 20,000 JPY
• Registration Fee can be paid by PayPal through the following site: PayPal payment site
• If you need to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, please email organizer22@is-candar.org by Oct 10.

• Non-speaker registration must be done to join the symposium regardless of on-site/remote attendance.
• Registration site will open on November 1.
• Registration is free of charge.

At least one author must register for each paper and deliver a talk. Papers that are not presented by the author (no-show paper) will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the author has paid the speaker registration fee.
