No Show Policy It is mandatory for at least one author of each paper to register and present the work in person at the symposium venue. Remote presentations are not allowed. Papers not presented by the author(s) in person (commonly referred to as 'no-show papers') will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the speaker registration fee has been paid.

Final Manuscript Submission Please submit the final manuscript to the IEEE CPS sites. Due: October 23 We have two submission sites: one for the CANDAR main symposium (CANDAR) and the other for CANDAR workshops (CANDARW). If you submit your final manuscript to the wrong site, it may not be included in the proceedings.
