Registration
Registration includes Proceedings, entrance to the conference rooms, conference events (reception, banquet, etc), and coffee breaks.
One paper author registration is necessary for each paper to be published in the ICNC 2011 Proceedings and ICNC 2011 Program. Even if an author has been accepted for two or more papers, a paper author registration is required to each of the papers.
ICNC Regular Paper Author Registration
- 40,000 JPY for 8-10 pages.
ICNC Short Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for 5-7 pages.
Workshop (excluding WANC) Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for 5-7 pages.
WANC Short Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for 4-5 pages.
WANC Poster Paper Author Registration
- 30,000 JPY for 2-3 pages.
NCSS Paper Author Registration (on or before October 30)
- 25,000 JPY for 2-10 pages.
Advance Registration (on or before October 30)
- 20,000 JPY
- Advance Registration is applied to an attendee who has no ICNC main conference or workshop paper, or who has a paper but another author of the paper has registered as paper author registration for it.
On-site Registration (Cash Payment Only)
- 30,000 JPY
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund is not possible for every paper author registration. Cancellations for the advance registration must be received in writing to icnc11@icnc.info on or before November 7, 2011, to receive a 70-percent refund. Cancellations received after November 7, 2011 are not entitled a refund.
