Registration
- Final manuscript submission due: September 10, 2010.
- Paper Author Registration due: September 15, 2010.
Registration includes proceedings, entrance to the conference rooms, conference events (reception, banquet, etc), and coffee breaks.
One paper author registration is necessary for each paper to be published in the ICNC 2010 Proceedings and ICNC 2010 Program. Even if an author has been accepted for two or more papers, a paper author registration is required to each of the papers.
An Attendee who needs an invitation letter to get Japanese Visa must register as Author Registration or Advance Registration. Please see Visa.
ICNC Regular Paper Author Registration
- 40,000 JPY for up to 8 pages, 45,000 JPY for 9 pages, and 50,000 JPY for 10 pages.
ICNC Short Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for up to 5 pages, 40,000 JPY for 6 pages, and 45,000 JPY for 7 pages.
Workshop (UPDAS and PDAA) Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for up to 5 pages, 40,000 JPY for 6 pages, and 45,000 JPY for 7 pages.
WANC Short Paper Author Registration
- 35,000 JPY for up to 4 pages, and 40,000 JPY for 5 pages.
WANC Poster Paper Author Registration
- 30,000 JPY for 2 pages, and 35,000 JPY for 3 pages.
Workshop (DNSA) Paper Author Registration
- 25,000 JPY.
Advance Registration (by October 20)
- Advance Registration is applied to an attendee who has no ICNC main conference or workshop paper, or who has a paper but another author of the paper has registered as paper author registration for it.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund is not possible for the paper author registration. Cancellations for the advance registration must be received in writing to icnc10@icnc.info on or before October 30, 2010, to receive a 70-percent refund. Cancellations received after October 30, 2010 are not entitled a refund.
