All speakers (all CANDAR main track and workshops) must pay the speaker registration fee by October 16.

• A “speaker” is defined as exactly one of the authors of a paper.
• Co-authors who attend the symposium should pay non-speaker registration fees.
• Please note that one speaker registration does not cover multiple papers. If an author is a speaker for multiple papers, a separate speaker registration fee must be paid for each paper.
• The registration fee does not cover the banquet (Nov. 30). To attend the banquet, you must separately purchase a banquet ticket.
• The registration fee covers the reception (on Nov. 29) and lunch every day.

• Each paper requires one speaker registration for inclusion in the program and proceeding.
• Speaker registration fees must be paid via major credit cards through PayPal by October 16.
• The PayPal payment site will be available soon.
• Cancellation and Refund are not possible.

  • CANDAR main track/workshops(ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, SUSCW, WICS, WANC): 30,000 JPY (by PayPal payment)，50,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
  • NCSS workshop: 20,000 JPY (by PayPal payment), bank transfer payment is not provided.

• Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium cite.

• We are planning to host a banquet at Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu on November 30.
• Since the registration fee does not cover the banquet, a banquet ticket must be purchased in advance to join it.
• The banquet ticket cannot be purchased on-site. It must be purchased through PayPal in advance.
• Ticket Prices for registrants:
  • 4,000 JPY (Early bird, until October 28)
  • 6,000 JPY (Late registration, until November 20)
  • Tickets cannot be purchased after the late registration deadline.
  • Please note that this category is only applicable to speaker and non-speaker registrants.
• Ticket Prices for accompanying persons:
  • 8,000 JPY (Early bird, until October 28)
  • 10,000 JPY (Late registration, until November 20)
  • Tickets cannot be purchased after the late registration deadline.
  • Accompanying persons must be relatives of a registrant, such as a spouse, parents, siblings, etc. This category is not applicable to authors of papers.
• We are unable to provide special dietary accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, etc.

At least one author must register for each paper and deliver a talk. Papers that are not presented by the author (no-show paper) will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the author has paid the speaker registration fee.

• No refund is possible for speaker registration.
• Non-speaker registration fees and banquet ticket fees can be refunded for 70% if cancellation is notified in writing to organizer23@is-candar.org before November 20.
