Conference registration includes Proceedings and entrance to the conference rooms. Social events (Reception, Banquet, and Excursion) are NOT included.

One paper author registration is necessary for each paper to be published in the ICNC 2012 Proceedings and ICNC 2012 Program. Even if an author has been accepted for two or more papers, a paper author registration is required to each of the papers.

We do not charge for extra pages mentioned in STEP 1 in Author Kit.

• Regular registration is applied to an attendee who has no ICNC main conference or workshop paper, or who has a paper but another author of the paper has registered as paper author registration for it.

We are planning the following three social events. Since the conference registration does not includes the social event tickets, the conference registrants must purchase the tickets in advance to join the social events. The tickets must be purchased through PayPal page above.

• one receipt including registration and social events
• two separated receipts, one for registration and the other for social events

Refund is not possible for every paper author registration. Cancellations for the regular registration and event tickets must be received in writing to icnc12@ic-nc.org on or before November 25, 2012, to receive a 70-percent refund. Cancellations received after November 25, 2012 are not entitled a refund.
