Registration and Social Event Payment

  • Payment for Paper Author/Regular registration must be done through PayPal or bank transfer.
  • The registration does not include social event tickets. If you want to join social events, you need to purchase them in advance.
  • We recommend to pay the registration fee through PayPal. You will receive 3,000JPY discount for PayPal payment.
  • Please write to organizer15@is-candar.org if you need to pay the registration fee by bank transfer. No discount is applied to the bank transfer.
  • Payment for social tickets must be done through PayPal. We do not accept bank transfer.
  • Seats for each social events are limited. They are arranged first-come-first-served basis of payment.
  • Please see Schedule for the registration due and the details of social events.

  • 26,000 JPY (Bank Transfer) 23,000JPY (PayPal) for 3-4 pages.

NCSS Paper Author Registration

  • 23,000 JPY (Bank Transfer) 20,000JPY (PayPal) for 2-10 pages.

Regular Registration

  • 20,000 JPY (Bank Transfer) 17,000JPY (PayPal) for Early-bird payment
  • 25,000 JPY (Bank Transfer) 22,000JPY (PayPal) for Advance Payment
  • 30,000 JPY for On-site Payment, Cash Only
  • Regular registration is applied to an attendee who has no CANDAR main symposium or workshop paper, or who has a paper but another author of the paper has already registered as paper author registration for it.

Social Event Tickets (Symposium Registrant)

We are planning the following three social events. Since the symposium registration (paper author registration/regular registration) does not includes the social event tickets, the symposium registrants must purchase the tickets in advance to join the social events. The tickets must be purchased through PayPal page above. You will receive discount rate if you pay by November 5. We do not accept bank transfer for the social events. Since social events need advance reservation, we do not accept on-site payment.

Banquet (December 10)

Social Event Tickets (Accompanying person)

The conference registrant can purchase the social event tickets for accompanying person, such as parents, spouse, siblings, and children. These tickets are not applied to authors of the papers.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund is not possible for every paper author registration. Cancellations for the regular registration and event tickets must be received in writing to organizer15@is-candar.org on or before December 1, 2015, to receive a 70-percent refund. Cancellations received after December 1, 2015 are not entitled a refund.
