+Building on the success of the past CANDAR symposiums held in various cities across Japan, including Matsuyama in 2013, Shizuoka in 2014, Sapporo in 2015, Hiroshima in 2016, Aomori in 2017, Takayama in 2018, Nagasaki in 2019, and virtual events in 2020 and 2021, and Himeji in 2022, Matsue in 2023, while CANDAR 2024 will take place in Naha, Okinawa Japan. The CANDAR 2024 symposium aims to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to share their latest findings and experiences in all aspects of computing and networking, ranging from theoretical research to practical system development, including parallel and distributed systems, algorithms, architectures, and applications. In addition to technical sessions featuring contributed papers, the symposium will also offer invited presentations, poster sessions, tutorials, and workshops. We are confident that participants will gain new insights and ideas related to computing and networking. CANDAR'24 will be held in Naha, Okinawa, Japan, from November 26 to 29, 2024.
