Please submit the final manuscript to the IEEE CPS sites.

Papers accepted for presentation at a main track must be submitted from the URL below

- CANDAR Long: 8-10 pages
- CANDAR Regular: 5-7 pages

CANDAR Workshops (ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, SUSCW, WICS, WANC)

Papers accepted for presentation at a workshop must be submitted from the URL below:

Page limitation
- Workshop Regular: 5-7 pages
- Workshop Poster: 3-4 pages
- WANC Short: 4-5 pages
- WANC Poster: 2-3 pages
Papers submitted to CANDAR main tracks but accepted as workshop papers must satisfy these page limitations.

Registration

All Speakers (all CANDAR main track and workshops) must pay the speaker registration fee by October 21.

Speaker registration (Due: Oct 21)

One speaker registration is necessary for each paper to include it in the program and the proceedings.
Speaker registration fee must be paid by major credit cards through PayPal by Oct 21.
PayPal Payment site will open soon.
Cancellation and Refund are not possible.
Registration Fee:
- CANDAR main track/workshops(ASON, CSA, GCA, PDAA, SUSCW, WICS, WANC): 32,000 JPY (by PayPal payment)，42,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
- NCSS workshop: 20,000 JPY

If you need to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, please email organizer22@is-candar.org by Oct 10.

Non-speaker registration

Non-speaker registration must be done to join the symposium regardless of on-site/remote attendance.
Registration site will open on November 1.
Registration is free of charge.

No Show Policy

At least one author must register for each paper and deliver a talk. Papers that are not presented by the author (no-show paper) will be removed from the IEEE digital library, even if the author has paid the speaker registration fee.
