Registration

For each accepted paper, exactly one author must complete Speaker Registration.
Any author or other participant who has not completed Speaker Registration but wishes to attend CANDAR must complete Non-Speaker Registration.
The Speaker/Non-Speaker Registration fee does NOT include the Reception or Banquet listed in the CANDAR program. Separate tickets must be purchased in advance to attend the Reception and/or Banquet. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue on the day of the event.

Speaker registration deadline: October 15.
To be included in the program and proceedings, the speaker registration fee must be fully paid by the deadline, either by credit card or bank transfer.
Registration fee:
- CANDAR main track/Workshops(CSA, GCA, PDAA, WICS, WANC): 50,000 JPY (by credit card), 70,000 JPY (by bank transfer)
- NCSS Workshop: 20,000 JPY (by credit card), 40,000 JPY (by bank transfer)
Please note that bank transfers may take several business days to process. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please complete the payment well in advance of the deadline.

Non-Speaker registration deadline: November 15.
Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium cite.
Registration fee: 15,000 JPY (by credit card), 25,000 JPY (by bank transfer)
On-site non-speaker registration is available at the symposium venue for 20,000 JPY. Payment must be made at the venue.

Reception: November 25.
Banquet: November 26.
A separate ticket is required to attend the Reception or Banquet. These tickets are not included in the registration fee.
Early-bird fee: 3,000 JPY per event if paid on or before October 30.
Late fee: 5,000 JPY per event if paid on or before November 15.
No Reception or Banquet tickets will be available after November 15.
We are unable to accommodate special dietary requests, including vegetarian or vegan meals.

For non-speaker registration and Reception/Banquet tickets, cancellations made on or before November 15 are eligible for a 70% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 15.
Cancellation and refunds are not available for speaker registration.
