Speaker registration (Due: October 23)

Each paper requires one speaker registration for inclusion in the program and proceeding.
Speaker registration fees must be paid by October 23.
Cancellation and Refund are not possible.
Speaker registration Fee:
- CANDAR main track/workshops(CSA, GCA, PDAA, WICS, WANC): 40,000 JPY (by credit card)，60,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
- NCSS workshop: 20,000 JPY (by credit card), 40,000 JPY (by bank transfer payment)
Bank transfer payments must be received by the registration fee deadline; processing can take over a week, so we cannot accept last-minute transfers.
The registration fee does not include attendance at the reception and banquet.

Non-speaker registration (Due: November 17)

Non-speaker registration fee must be paid to attend the symposium at the symposium cite.
Registration fee: 15,000 JPY (Credit card payment by November 17), 25,000 JPY (Bank transfer payment by November 17),
On-site regitration fee: 20,000 JPY
The registration fee does not include attendance at the reception and banquet.

We are planning to host Receptoin and Banquet.
Reception: November 26 (Wed)　Yamagata Kokusai Hotel Menu
Banquet: November 27 (Thu) Hotel Metropolitan Yamagata Menu
The registration fee does not include the reception and banquet. Rreception and Banquet tickets must be purchased in advance to attend.
We are unable to provide special dietary accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, etc.
Reception and banquet tickets cannot be purchased on-site. They must be bought in advance using a credit card via Square.
Ticket Prices for registrants:　This category is only applicable to speaker and non-speaker registrants.
- 3,000 JPY each (Early bird, until October 30)
- 5,000 JPY each (Late registration, until November 17)
Ticket Prices for accompanying persons: Accompanying persons must be relatives of a registrant, such as a spouse, parents, siblings, etc. This category is not applicable to authors of papers.
- 7,000 JPY each (Early bird, until October 30)
- 9,000 JPY each (Late registration, until November 17)

No refund is possible for speaker registration.
Non-speaker registration fees and banquet ticket fees can be refunded for 70% if cancellation is notified in writing to organizer25@is-candar.org before November 17.
