From the schedule of preparing individually served foods, we are not able to accept on-site payment for Banquet and Excursion. If you plan to join Banquet or Excursion, please pay for it using above link by November 25 (closed).

Important Dates

On-line Payment Due: November 25, 2013

Registration includes Proceedings and entrance to the symposium rooms. Social events (Reception, Banquet, and Excursion) are NOT included.

One paper author registration is necessary for each paper to be published in the CANDAR 2013 Proceedings and CANDAR 2013 Program. Even if two or more papers have been accepted for an author, one paper author registration is required to each of the papers.

We do not charge for extra pages mentioned in STEP 1 in Author Kit.

30,000 JPY for 8-10 pages.

CANDAR Regular Paper Author Registration

27,000 JPY for 5-7 pages.

Workshop Regular Paper Author Registration(excluding WANC)

27,000 JPY for 5-7 pages.

Workshop Poster Paper Author Registration (excluding WANC)

21,000 JPY for 3-4 pages.

WANC Short Paper Author Registration

24,000 JPY for 4-5 pages.

WANC Poster Paper Author Registration

21,000 JPY for 2-3 pages.

NCSS Paper Author Registration

18,000 JPY for 2-10 pages.
PaperID is the number given by EasyChair when a paper is submitted.

Regular registration is applied to an attendee who has no CANDAR main symposium or workshop paper, or who has a paper but another author of the paper has already registered as paper author registration for it.

Social Event Tickets (Symposium Registrant)

We are planning the following three social events. Since the symposium registration does not includes the social event tickets, the symposium registrants must purchase the tickets in advance to join the social events. The tickets must be purchased through PayPal page above.

The conference registrant can purchase the social event tickets for accompanying person, such as parents, spouse, siblings, and children. These tickets are not applied to authors of the papers. The tickets must be purchased through PayPal page from above link.
